Established in 1994, the National Coastwatch Institution (also known as NCI) is a volunteer component of the UK Search & Rescue Service. 

Lee-on-the-Solent NCI covers the Central Solent area and is at the Western end of Beach Road Carpark on Marine Parade East, giving an excellent view of the Central Solent.

Our mission is the protection and preservation of life at sea and along our coastline
